| Here is a real used engine that I used in the car for a while. After it ran out of spec., I decided to make use of it instead of trash or try to re-build it. Basically if your not familiar with it, the red portions are the rotors, silver portions with "Mazda" logo are the housings, and the black parts are the side housings or "irons". |
| This picture is basically the rear rotor inside of its housing from rear view. The leading spark plug is on the bottom and trailing is on top. The exhaust port is on the right (though not visible). The rotor spins on a shaft 180 degrees opposite the front rotor. |
